About Sasha
I help seasonal workers, creatives, and small teams pause, get clear, and build simple systems that support intentional work and life decisions — especially during transitions.
My work blends facilitation, coaching, and practical planning. I focus on helping people move from overwhelm or reactivity into clarity and next steps.
Big-picture clarity without overwhelm
Systems thinking adapted for non-traditional, seasonal lives
Decision support during transitions or periods of uncertainty
Gentle accountability that turns insight into action
I’m known for helping people name what they already know — and then build a plan they can actually follow.
My Services
Ideas to Action Audit
You've been piecing together a plan between shifts, in the van, during the slow weeks before the season kicks in.
You've got ideas — a side hustle, a cert, a business, something — but every time you try to sort it out, life moves faster than your plans do.
The Ideas to Action Audit is a single deep-dive session where we map your income streams, your priorities, and your actual life — and turn the pile into a clear, realistic plan you can execute this season.
Trailhead Coaching
Most seasonal workers don't have a manager, an HR department, or a clear ladder to climb.
You're building your career and your life at the same time, often in a new place, on a seasonal paycheck, with no roadmap.
Trailhead Coaching is weekly 1-on-1 support that meets you exactly where you are — whether you're launching a guide business, navigating a tough transition, or trying to make this lifestyle actually sustainable long-term.
We meet weekly, stay accountable, and keep you moving forward even when the season gets chaotic.
Shoulder Season Series
Every year it's the same: the season ends, the adrenaline drops, and suddenly you're staring down a pile of things you've been avoiding — the insurance situation, the savings account, the question of what comes next.
The Shoulder Season Series is a 4-week live group program built specifically for guides, instructors, and seasonal workers who want to use that window on purpose. Small group, real tools, and people who actually understand what it means to live and work this way.
You'll leave with a plan for your money, your health, your next season, and your bigger picture.

How I work
Turning ideas, transitions, and messy realities into clear systems and meaningful momentum.
-
I help individuals, nonprofits, and small businesses organize ideas, workflows, and priorities into systems that actually function in real life. My work often includes operational planning, workflow mapping, project organization, process improvement, and turning overwhelming goals into actionable next steps.
-
I create presentations, workshops, visual tools, written resources, and digital experiences that make complex ideas feel clear, engaging, and approachable. My focus is on translating strategy into communication people can understand, connect with, and use.
-
I support people through transition, growth, and experimentation by creating spaces, programs, and conversations that balance accountability with humanity. My work often lives at the intersection of coaching, facilitation, outdoor culture, and intentional life design — helping people feel more grounded, capable, and connected in the process.
